At Moire Removal, we strive to provide the best AI-powered image processing experience. Because our service involves the consumption of AI computing resources (credits) upon usage, we have established the following refund policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Technical Issues: If you encounter a technical failure where credits were subtracted but the service failed to deliver a processed image, you are entitled to a refund or credit restoration.
- Double Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction, we will refund the duplicate payment.
- Unused Credits: For one-time credit packs, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that no credits from that pack have been used.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Credits that have already been used for image processing.
- Satisfaction with AI output quality (we provide free trials/samples for you to test the quality before purchasing).
- Subscriptions that were not cancelled before the renewal date (though you can cancel anytime to prevent future renewals).
